FCA to host “Bingo for Bright Futures” at Long Island Ducks Stadium

Family & Children’s Association is bringing the community together on Aug. 21 for a fun night of games at its “Bingo for Bright Futures” fundraiser. 

Held at Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip, home of the Long Island Ducks, the family-friendly event will transform the stadium into a festive bingo hall with music, prizes and refreshments. 

All proceeds will support FCA’s scholarship fund, which has awarded more than $2 million to over 1,500 local students over the past three decades.

“When we invest in our students, we invest in the future of our entire community,” said Dr. Jeffrey L. Reynolds, President and CEO of FCA. “Bingo for Bright Futures is more than just an event. It’s a movement that reminds young people that they are seen, supported, and believed in.”

Tickets are $30 per person, and the event is open to the public. Doors open at 5 p.m., with bingo running from 6 to 8 p.m. Fairfield Properties Ballpark is located at 3 Court House Dr., Central Islip. The rain date is Friday, Aug. 22.
