Brokers group donates $6,400 to Long Island Cares
Members of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) contributed $6,400 to Long Island Cares, Inc. | The Harry Chapin Food Bank.
The donation will provide 4,032 meals for families in need across Long Island.
The effort was spearheaded by CIBS Board Member Paul Leone, a commercial real estate broker with CBRE.
“Our members are deeply committed to the communities where we live and work, and we were proud to support the incredible work of Long Island Cares,” said Leone.
David Leviton, who heads the Long Island office of JLL and is a past president of CIBS, said: “CIBS has always been about more than just business — it’s about building community.”
