Insomnia Cookies opens in Babylon

Insomnia Cookies, the beloved late-night bakery brand, opened its first store in Babylon. 

The new store is located at 55 Deer Park Ave. This is the chain’s second Long Island store, following one on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead that opened in 2024.

Insomnia Cookies offers in-store, pickup, and delivery options for its freshly baked cookies, cookies in ice cream, brookies, brownies, and blondies, including vegan options.

Founded by a University of Pennsylvania student in 2003, the company now has more than 350 locations nationwide.

Insomnia Cookies in Babylon is open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Mondays through Wednesdays, from 11 a.m. through 3 a.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, from noon to to 3 a.m. on Saturdays and from noon to 1 a.m. on Sundays.
