PSEG LI helps restock Ronald McDonald House pantry
PSEG Long Island employees recently donated more than $7,000 in essential items to Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro, helping restock the nonprofit’s pantry and kitchen.

As part of a companywide initiative, employees were given a wish list and purchased paper products, nonperishable food, cleaning supplies and personal care items requested by the charity. The effort is one of several ways PSEG Long Island and its workforce support the local community.
“Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro is so grateful to our friends at PSEG Long Island who continue to support our mission by participating in pantry collection drives throughout the year,” said Matt Campo, CEO of RMHC New York Metro. “PSEG Long Island helps us care for the over 12,000 families we serve every year.”
RMHC New York Metro, headquartered on the campus of Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, provides a “home away from home” for families of children facing serious medical issues. The organization operates a 73-room Ronald McDonald House as well as family rooms and hospitality carts in local hospitals.
The charity serves more than 12,000 families each year, offering housing, meals and support services to ease the emotional and financial burdens of pediatric health crises.
