Old Westbury Gardens will be presenting a musical production of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Beautiful and Damned.”
This adaptation by Long Island native Brooke Di Spirito combines Fitzgerald’s detailed novel with the elements of a stage musical: a brand new script, score, and choreography.
The show, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 9, runs for about two and a half hours with one intermission and includes live music.
“The Beautiful and Damned” is a tale about status above happiness, obsession above love, and death above life. The production takes place in the intimate setting of the Music Room inside Westbury House.
Tickets are $40. For more information visit: oldwestburygardens.org
