CMA holds annual Comedy Night Fundraiser

Community Mainstreaming Associates (CMA) hosted its 18th Annual Comedy Night Fundraiser last week at The Mansion at Oyster Bay. 

The event honored Mark and Joann Engel and the New Leader Award was presented to Nick and Siobhain Fusco.

The night featured a stellar lineup of six comedians and more than 240 friends, families and supporters. 

Money raised from the event benefits CMA, a Westbury-based nonprofit organization that assists men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their highest potential of independence and lead purposeful lives in their communities by participating in a full range of work, social and recreational activities.

Founded in 1974, CMA now has 15 homes with supervised living and supportive living programs.
