After more than 35 years in business, Aldo Maiorana is selling his iconic coffee company and its property in the heart of Greenport village.

Listed with Douglas Elliman’s Jill Dunbar, the offering includes the two-story building at 103 Front St. and the business itself, which features a coffee bar, kitchen and all equipment and more. 

The asking price is $4.5 million.
