Ford’s Garage introduces its limited-time Cheers & Gears menu
Ford’s Garage is revving up the flavor for the holiday season with a new Cheers & Gears limited-time menu.
At the center of this seasonal offering is the French Onion Burger, a half-pound of grilled Black Angus topped with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, arugula, and garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun, served with a cup of savory au jus and Ford’s Fries. It’s like French onion soup reimagined as the ultimate holiday burger.
The new menu also features Garlic Parmesan Wings, six crispy chicken wings tossed in a rich, buttery garlic-Parmesan sauce, served with celery and a choice of ranch or bleu cheese, and a 12-ounce Grilled New York Strip Steak, seasoned with Ford’s signature blend and served with two classic sides.
On the beverage side, the Cheers & Gears offerings include a Toasted ‘Mallow Milkshake, a dessert drink blending toasted marshmallow syrup with vanilla ice cream, topped with house-made whipped cream, chocolate sauce, graham crumble, and a toasted marshmallow.
On the adult beverage side is the Toasted Old Fashioned, featuring Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, Angostura bitters, and toasted marshmallow syrup, garnished with a freshly toasted marshmallow.
To make the holidays even sweeter, guests can also “Gift the Garage” for every $50 in gift card purchases from Nov. 11 through Dec. 31), Ford’s Garage will reward guests with a $10 Bonus Card to enjoy in the new year between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28.
The Long Island Ford’s Garage is located at the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove.
