PSEG Long Island employees step up to support American Cancer Society

PSEG Long Island employees recently stepped up to support the American Cancer Society at two Long Island fundraising events.

The employees supported the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer events at Riverhead’s Grangabel Park and Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh.

Between PSEG Long Island’s contributions of $20,000 as a flagship event sponsor and $10,000 survivor shirt sponsorship, and the generosity of more than 300 employees and their families, the company raised more than $70,000 this year. 

In the past 12 years, PSEG Long Island and its employees have raised and donated nearly $800,000 to support breast cancer survivors and their caregivers through American Cancer Society programs and services.
