After a Nor’easter caused a rescheduling of Long Island’s biggest car show, thousands of attendees were greeted by an early autumn sunny day at TOBAY Beach on Saturday for the event’s rain date.

Hundreds of classic cars, trucks, hot rods, antiques and other vehicles were on display for Car Show Long Island’s 2026 TOBAY Beach Fall Classic. Trophies were awarded in each class, and children voted for their favorites in the Kids’ Choice Award.

Live music was provided by That 70s Band, which even featured a drumming performance from Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor Joe Saladino, who sat behind the kit and flashed some furious sticks on The Commodores classic “Brick House.”

The Oct. 4 car show also had some great eats from the Food Truck Corral presented by Eagle Chevy Performance. Sponsors of the free event include Optimum, Signarama of Huntington, Whitey’s Tire Services of Brooklyn, Drivemax and Cascone and Kluepfel Attorneys at Law.
