Qdoba Mexican Eats opens in Bay Shore

A new Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurant has opened in Bay Shore.

The new 3,000-square-foot restaurant is located at 331 East Main St.

The Bay Shore Qdoba is the chain’s fifth eatery on Long Island opened by Burger Brothers, the company’s area franchisees. They are also planning to open another Qdoba on Motor Parkway in Hauppauge in the next few weeks.

First founded in Denver as Zuma Fresh Mexican Grill in 1995, the chain changed its name to Qdoba Mexican Grill four years later and since 2015 its been known as Qdoba Mexican Eats. The company now has more than 750 restaurants throughout North America.
