PopUp Bagels coming to Gallery at Westbury Plaza

The PopUp Bagels chain will be opening a store in the Gallery at Westbury Plaza shopping center in Garden City.

The Connecticut-based company opened its first Long Island location in Roslyn in 2024 and has since leased spaces in Westhampton Beach and now Garden City.

The PopUp Bagels store in the Gallery at Westbury Plaza is 1,564 square feet and will have up to six employees and two managers, according to statement from the Hempstead Industrial Development Agency.

PopUp Bagel’s menu features a selection of classic bagels, cream cheese, and butter. Bagels, baked throughout the day, are uncut and are designed for ripping and dipping. The chain, which began in 2021, now has 30 locations nationwide and plans to grow to 100 by 2027.
