Pine Ridge Golf Club in Coram reopens restaurant as The Clubhouse

Pine Ridge Golf Club in Coram has reopened its long-dormant restaurant as The Clubhouse at Pine Ridge, a gastropub now serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch at 2 Golf Course Drive. The kitchen had sat idle for years before the current renovation.

Brooke Management Group took over the Coram course on June 22, 2026, and reopened the restaurant about three and a half weeks later, an quick turnaround for a space that had been out of service for so long. Owner Kelley Brooke has described the aim as drawing a younger generation to a club she wants to feel less like a traditional golf course.

Running the kitchen are chef Brock Katz and corporate chef John Perez, who came over from Harbor Links in Port Washington. The menu reaches past standard course fare into elevated American cooking, with cheeseburger eggrolls, tuna tacos, wings, seafood, steaks, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, salads, wraps and a lobster roll. Sunday brunch is a new weekly addition, and the dining room and bar are open to the public rather than members alone.

The reopening is one piece of a broader plan for the property. The club intends to add a technology-driven practice facility similar to Topgolf, along with a pedestrian bridge connecting the driving range to the restaurant, and it has begun running delivery robots to bring food and drinks out to golfers on the course.

The Clubhouse serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday and brunch on Sunday mornings.
