Fast casual restaurant chain Bubbakoo’s Burritos has opened its first Long Island location.
The fast-growing chain opened its new eatery at 7 East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station. A second Long Island location for Bubbakoo’s Burritos will open soon in Old Bridge Plaza at 180 West Old Country Road in Hicksville.
Founded in 2008 by entrepreneurs Paul Altero and Bill Hart, Bubbakoo’s Burritos has since grown from its first restaurant in Point Pleasant, N.J. to more than 100 locations in 16 states across the U.S. and the chain has another 50 locations in development. The brand has mostly expanded through local and regional franchisees.
Bubbakoo’s offers a Mexican-fusion menu of burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, salads, nachos and more.
