The Pink Fin opens at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma

The Pink Fin, a modern poke and boba concept, has opened at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma.

Located at 3 Hawkins Ave.,The Pink Fin offers handcrafted poke bowls and refreshing boba teas. Customers can build their own bowl from sushi-grade tuna, salmon, spicy crab, or tofu layered over rice or greens and finished with house-made sauces, colorful vegetables, and crunchy toppings.

The Pink Fin offers a welcoming, fast-paced environment for lunch, dinner, or a quick bite on the go.

“As a small business owner, it’s a dream come true to be part of something as special as Station Yards,” said Matt Olin, owner of The Pink Fin. “We’re passionate about serving food that’s both healthy and delicious, and we can’t wait to share that with the Ronkonkoma community.”
