Free festival and concert at TOBAY beach

Jimmy Kenny and the Pirate Beach Band will perform at a free waterfront festival at TOBAY Beach Marina next month.

The band, which pays tribute to the music of Jimmy Buffet, Kenny Chesney and the Zac Brown Band, will supply the tunes at the festival, which will also feature marine exhibits, a children’s snapper fishing derby and more.

The fun family festival, hosted by the Town of Oyster Bay, is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10.

Sponsors of the event include Contour Mortgage, Friendly’s, News12, Long Island Press, K-Joy 98.3, WHLI 1100am and Nassau County Police Department.
