Recycling company grants scholarships to three LI high school students

Gershow Recycling awarded three $1,000 environmental conservation scholarships to local high school students last month.

The three recipients are Lamiah Ali (Bay Shore High School, class of 2025), Gabrielle DiNardo (Lindenhurst High School, class of 2025), and Edward Flores Medina (Walt Whitman High School, class of 2025).

The company awards the scholarship to graduating high school seniors who intend to pursue a degree in either engineering or environmental science. For more information, visit www.gershow.com.
