Sunday Sauce Menu coming to Shake Shack in New Hyde Park

Shake Shack is bringing Mama’s TOO! to Long Island for the first time. Reuniting with the popular pizzeria for a second collaboration, Shake Shack will serve a limited Sunday Sauce Menu at the New Hyde Park Shack from Thursday, November 12 through Sunday, November 15. 

This will be the first time Mama’s TOO!’s flavors have left Manhattan.  

Born from a Madison Square Park hot dog cart, Shake Shack has long championed its hometown by partnering with the city’s most beloved restaurants. This time, it’s putting its spin on two Italian-American classics, developed with Mama’s TOO!:

Sunday Sauce Meatball Parm Hero: Shake Shack Meatballs, Mama’s TOO! Sunday Sauce, stracciatella cheese, grated Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil on a fresh-baked semolina hero.

Tiramisu Sundae: Vanilla frozen custard layered with house-made tiramisu and espresso fudge sauce, topped with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry and a mini ice cream cone.

The New Hyde Park Shake Shack is located at 1570 Union Turnpike.
