Súp Vietnamese restaurant opens in Jericho

A growing chain of Vietnamese restaurants is opening its fourth Long Island location.

Súp Vietnamese has opened a new eatery at 399 Jericho Turnpike in Jericho, a spot formerly occupied by Cozumel Mexican Grill and Lisbon Cafe.

The pho kitchen chain has other locations in Massapequa, Stony Brook and Rockville Centre, and another spot in Farmingdale is also in the works, according to its website.

The menu at Súp Vietnamese features a wide variety of main dishes, including Pho Ga, Pho Nam, Pho Veggie, Chicken Larb Bowl, Spicy Basil Shrimp Rice, Bo Luc Lac and more.

Appetizers include Papaya Salad, Spring Rolls, Braised Pork Ribs, Mantou Shrimp, Viet Wings and more.

Desserts at Súp Vietnamese feature Mango Sticky Rice, Coconut Sorbet, Egg Tarts and more. The restaurant also offers exotic drinks like Banana Spring Roll Old Fashioned, Pink Guava Garden, Enter the Dragon, and many more.

Súp Vietnamese is open Mondays through Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
