Over the Meadows and through the Woods

Enrico Scarda’s The Crest Group held a groundbreaking ceremony last week to mark the beginning of construction of a 92-residence apartment community in Setauket. 

Called Setauket Meadows in The Woods, the 55+ rental development on 22 acres is adjacent to the 150-unit Setauket Meadows 55+ condo community that The Crest Group built more than a dozen years ago.

The new rental complex will feature 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartments and is slated to be completed by the spring of 2021.
