Oktoberfest celebration coming to downtown Farmingdale

Farmingdale Music On Main will host an Oktoberfest celebration in the village’s downtown from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19.

The free event will feature live music, local merchants, food and more. The family-friendly event will be held along Main Street which will be closed to traffic between Prospect Street and S. Front Street.

Organizers include the Farmingdale Business Improvement District and the Village of Farmingdale. Sponsors include Northwell Health, P.C. Richard & Son and Optimum.
