Honoring trailblazing women in North Hempstead

Nominations are now open for the 33rd Annual May W. Newburger Women’s Roll of Honor. 

The event recognizes women across the Town of North Hempstead who have made a strong and lasting impact in their communities.

The ceremony will take place on Friday, June 12 at The Clubhouse at Harbor Links in Port Washington. Each year, this program highlights leaders, advocates, and volunteers whose work improves the lives of others.

Eligible nominees must live in the Town of North Hempstead and demonstrate clear contributions to the community.

Nominations will be accepted through Friday, May 15.
