7th annual “Unity Through Diversity” performance at Molloy University

Molloy University will host The Rebecca Center for Music Therapy’s Unity Through Diversity: Celebrating All Abilities in the Arts, a concert to benefit the Rebecca Center Client Scholarship Fund.

The event takes place on Friday, May 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Madison Theatre at Molloy University in Rockville Centre.

“This event is always a highlight of our year,” said Diana N. Abourafeh, board certified music therapist for The Rebecca Center for Music Therapy. “We are so proud to showcase the amazing neurodivergent-run businesses, artists, performers, and hosts who make this celebration truly special.”

The concert features artists of all abilities and backgrounds from the neurodivergent community performing music, dance, poetry, self-advocacy storytelling and visual artistry. The fundraising event, which is open to the public, draws about 500 people each year in support of access to music therapy services at the center.

This event is open to the public. Tickets at the door will be $25. Molloy students can purchase $5 tickets at the box office by presenting a valid Molloy ID. A group ticket rate of $10 per ticket is available for groups of 10 or more—use promo code GRP25 before selecting your seats. The promo code is only valid when 10 or more tickets are purchased in the same order.

Molloy University is located at 1000 Hempstead Ave. in Rockville Centre. For tickets, visit www.madisontheatreny.org.
