Medford and Franklin Square are the first two locations for Allied Pediatric Urgent Care.

Starting Thursday, October 1, town residents are invited to donate new, unopened and sealed peanut butter to help support local families in need.

The event will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

A major donation from Bowlers to Veterans Link (BVL) enabled HFLI to charter an entire airplane for the first time.

The two drives will be at the Woodbury Stop & Shop location on Friday, September 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and at the West Babylon location on Friday, September 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The shelter is located at 150 Miller Place in Syosset.

Recognition by Best Lawyers is based on an annual peer-review process.

The annual event brought together students, educators, business leaders, sponsors and community supporters to celebrate the students.

The event was organized by the A1 Cares Junior Committee, part of the philanthropic arm of Medford-based contracting firm A1 Roofing.

The auditions will be held on Sunday, August 30 at the “Yes We Can” Community Center in Westbury.

The 24th Annual Golf Classic and Pickleball Tournament is on Monday, October 5 at The Muttontown Club in East Norwich. 

The golf outing will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8 at the Amagansett Golf Club.

The film is based on a long-lost 55-year-old radio interview which has been updated to feature an AI visual recreation of Billy Joel at 22.

The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at The Royalton on the Greens.
